The Moment!

The girls eyes were fixed on Taylor as we stepped up to meet her.  Fallon looked star-struck!  What a sincere and sweet person Taylor Swift is...the kind of person you feel like you have known for years.  She knelt down to be at eye level with the girls, hugged them, spoke with them, and never rushed the meeting.  Birkley was the most talkative.  She said to Taylor, of all things, "I really love your pen."  I told her I appreciate her being a very postive role model for my girls.  She hugged Adam and me and thanked us for taking the time to be there.  If you could see all of the little girls who brought their own guitars, violins, and songs they have written, you would know the great impact she is having on the younger generations.
I told Adam that Taylor Swift would make an excellent babysitter.  He said we can't afford her :)
